Erroneous impairment ratings continue to be a problem as detailed in the latest study by www.impairment.com (Brigham and Associates, Inc.) Seventy eight percent of the 2,798 impairment rating reports that were reviewed by experts in impairment assessment were judged to be incorrect, due mostly to failure to follow specific protocols defined in the Guides.
