Two staged bus accidents were part of a scheme that led to charges of insurance fraud against a former Philadelphia chiropractor, Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett announced Monday.

Dr. Dickholtz, Sr., a founding member of the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association , is honored for his role as the adjusting chiropractor in the hypertension clinical trial published in the medical publication Journal of Human Hypertension.
